Obligated To Buy At Friends’ Lia Sophia Jewelry Party?

Submitted by on June 30, 2009 – 3:54 amOne Comment

My friend and her mom are having a Lia Sophia jewelry party (like Pampered Chef, but jewelry) I don't want to ask her if we are obligated to buy something, I feel silly. I don't have much money but want to go to support her. Can someone help?

You’re never obligated to buy at any type of home show. It’s always appreciated that you buy because you have to remember that this show is how the advisor doing the show makes money, it’s her job. More than 68% of the items in the lia sophia catalog are less that $50 and everything comes with a lifetime replacement guarantee so, it’s a worthwhile investment. However, if you truly can’t afford to buy, you could always book a party of your own to get free and discounted products for yourself. I would recommend going to your friend’s party no matter what because when you touch and see the jewelry, you could change your mind about what you can spend or whether you would want to book a party yourself!
